1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
3/4 xícara de manteiga sem sal cortada em pedaços
110g de queijo gorgonzola picado
gergelim para polvilhar os biscoitos



Misturar os 4 primeiros ingredientes com os dedos (não precisa ficar muito homogêneo) e levar à geladeira por algumas horas. Modelar os biscoitos e polvilhar com gergelim. Fiquei encantada com esta refrescante bebida quando a experimentei num restaurante indiano tempos atrás. Quis identificar os ingredientes para tentar reproduzir a bebida, não deu. Procurei a receita em várias fontes, não encontrei. Até que, folheando o livro "Sabores da Índia", de Vanda Figueiredo (já falei dele aqui, e recomendo pra quem se interessa pela culinária daquele país), tava lá:
